John Crowley is on a winning streak. Recently promoted to Sales and Quality Assurance Trainer for Concentrix client SonicWALL, John is part of a team that gets customers to buy add-on services and renew or upgrade their existing security firewalls.

Account Managers are given a monthly quota to achieve their goals. Last November John exceeded his quota by 33%—a record for the contact center (located in Salt Lake City, Utah, United States). In December he won the center’s first Hardware Sales Contest, for achieving the most upgrade sales in a month, and four more since then. On top of all that, in March he accounted for almost half of the department’s hardware program revenue.
John started with Concentrix in August 2015 and earned his promotion in April of this year. “I love working here,” he said. “I’m new to this field and learning more every day. I’m excited to go deeper into my new role and grow within the company. My numbers speak for themselves, but my relationships with the other staff here and my loyalty to Concentrix can’t be expressed with words.”
John is from Richmond, Virginia and moved to Salt Lake City in search of new opportunities. “I look forward to being here every day,” he says. “Concentrix has been good to me and changed my life in ways I’d never imagined.”
